Assignments

|
It's only been a week. And already I have a few assignment. Luckily, just a few. And obviously I will have to finish & submit them before the dateline. I will, and I intend to. I'm in university now, not school anymore. If I'm still in school, I would most probably just ignore it. After all, I'm known for never handing in my homework. Never, yes, that's right. Never. You can ask the disciplinary teacher in Sabah College or Chung Hwa Primary School if you don't believe me.

For Political Science class, I'll have to write a journal every week. Write about politic, of course. My opinion on the national & international issues. And must be 2 pages long. Well, this task is quite easy actually. Only once a week. And write on my opinions. So, there's no right or wrong. I can express my political view. Just like blogging, except I'm going to talk politic. How hard can that be? Right? I can just listen to my parents talk if I run out of ideas. After all, that's all the adults talk about.

For Fundamentals of Islam, I'll have to write on "Ajaran-ajaran Sesat di Malaysia". So, I have to do a reseach on all the fake Islam religions. Such as Ayah Pin and Nabi Melayu. It's going to be quite a challenging task for me. Since I'm not sure what I have to do. Or how to do it. It's an individual assignment, each of us have different title. So, I couldn't check -or copy- my classmate's. And note that I'm not a religious person. Oh well, I'll think of something.

For Business Math, well, math homework. Every exercise on the book has to be done. I hate maths, always do, always will. Forever & Always. Not like Joe Jonas & Taylor Swift's forever & always. My hatred for math is for eternity. And my lecturer seems to start loathing me too. He caught me reading novel during the lecture yesterday. Well, I'm sorry, I can't help my hatred for that subject. Plus, I learned the chapter he was teaching back when I was in Form 4. So, I kind of know every equation and formulae from the chapter. My lecturer tried to trick me by making me do the solution on the board when I wasn't paying any attention -which pretty much all the time-. But, like I said, I know how to do it already. So, I easily solve the problem. Now, he wants me to sit in front of the class from now on. He should just let me be, I'll catch up with it. He need to pay attention to those who need his help. Okay, I know I sound a little bit arrogant here. But I just really really hate the subject. It's not like I can't keep up or I think it's hard. Math is not as hard as most people think. I just have a strong dislike for numbers. I prefer words. Have a math problem? Don't bother asking me, I won't even bulge to help you out even if I know the answer. Go ask Jojo, she's the math lover.

For English and ICT, well, so far, the lecturers haven't given us any assignment. Good for me!

For extra curricular activity, I joined Brass Band. Yes, brass band, the one marching musical instrument. Like the one in the movie "Drumline" starring Nick Cannon. Except, we don't have to choreograph. I rather take Brass Band than National Kesatria or Civil Defense or Outward Bound Kesatria. All the others do is march, march, march. Under the hot sun. Be screamed at by the commanders. Learn to march, learn to order a march. Everything is about marching in the sun. Or something equivalent to so. Well, I'm allergic to the sun. Okay, not really. But exposing myself to the sun will only make my skin allergies worse. And we have to do this for 2 hours every week? No way! If you are going to force me to do something, at least force me to do something I can tolerate on. Plus, playing musical instrument isn't that bad. Even if they say I'm going to have to take the same thing for the next 3 semester. And I have to study the musical theories. So, what? At least I have an extra skill in life. We don't need any skill in marching. Just follow the order. Yeah, I guess the other choices would be easier to score during examination. (Yes, we have to take extra-curricular examination.) But, I can anything if I set my mind into it. And I have learned to play the keyboard when I was younger, so I have the basic already. And if all things failed, I'll ask Josh to tutor me. Or Meldon. Whichever.
