Back to School

Hey, first of all. Happy New Year to all of you. May 2009 brings us all the best in life. I certainly hope so, 2008, despite people keep saying its a lucky year, hasn't been treating me right. Or at least in a form I would not discuss here.

Anyway. Back to school. Or university for my case. I'm going to start my class on my new course, Diploma in Public Administration. I registered myself on 28th December. Yes, on Awal Muharram. My dad gave me nagging for having to register myself on that day. Well, Dad, it's not my fault, I would rather register after new year. I made myself clear on that matter. So, want to know what I did? I didn't attend classes until 5th January. Ha-ha. Imagine my first impression on my lecturers.

Oh well, who cares. As long as my attendance is 80%, excel in exams and quizzes, do my assignment, I'll be just fine. My schedule this semester is pretty laid back, except on Monday, of course. On Monday, I have 4 back-to-back classes with only 2 hours lunch break. But the rest of the week, I get to wake up late since my classes will only start at 10 o'clock. And with average 2 classes per day. Awesome, right? Oh, on Friday, I have 1 class at 8am, and afterward, I can leave for my parents' house.

I'm not the only one going back to study mode. (If I do have 'study mode') My cousins & niece too. Mel is going to middle school! In La Salle, the all boys school. It almost seems just like last year, he was just starting primary school. Now, he's all grown up. His voice is changing, playing guitar really well (You should listen to the way Josh praises him), starting to grow tall. He's going to turn out to be a fine man, one day. Oh yeah, my niece, Cerys is finally going to school to. After a year of doing nothing in her grandma's house, I wonder how things going for her. After all, she speaks very VERY little of Malay. I guess she'll be fine. She's a smart one, a fast learner.

Hey, guess what? I finally bought myself a wireless Celcom Broadband modem. Now, with my laptop, I can online anywhere anytime I want. So, I pretty much have to update my blog on daily basis. No excuse for my absence anymore, right? Now, I can share my experiences with you. Well, I will only able to share with you things that are not private. I'm sure you understand, right? Everyone has to have their privacy.
